You can also just send us an email from the application page. Q. Do I need to buy a lock? A. No, we provide you with a very secure lock and all the keys. You keep the lock when you leave. Q. How can I pay for my rental unit? A. We take cash, check, money order, or credit card. You can also pay for your unit in 6 month or 1 year increments for significant savings! Q. How do I get my $20 security deposit back. A. Easy, just make sure that the unit is clean and has no damages when you vacate. Please let us know at least 10 days in advance when you plan on leaving, and we can help you make any necessary repairs in order to get your deposit back. Q. Do the units have electricity? A. They have lights on the ceiling. We do not have power outlets in the units, and we do not allow electric appliances to be plugged into the light outlets. Q. When is rent due? A. We use the anniversary system, which means that rent is due on the anniversary of the day that you signed up for your rental unit. Q. I lost my key, what do I do? A. We charge $20 to cut off a lock. The locks that we use are very high quality and can only be removed with a special tool.
